Data we collect
When you contact us via the form or by email, the information you provide (name, email, company, message) is stored with us to process the request and for any follow-up questions.
Purpose and legal basis
Processing is carried out to initiate or fulfil an engagement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Storage and retention
Candidate and client data is stored on servers in Germany. Data is kept only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose, but at least for the statutory retention period.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (EU-hosted), a privacy-friendly web analytics tool without cookies and without collecting personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
